The Bay Shore Safety Council is a full service onsite training company. We offer the six-hour New York State DMV approved Traffic Survival Workshop. This workshop contains the most current information on defensive driving, traffic laws, collision avoidance, and the affects of alcohol and drugs on drivers. This Workshop is designed for the individual who: Wants to reduce points on their license; Wants to receive a discount on their insurance; Needs to take the class as required by an employer or volunteer organization; Wishes to increase their driving knowledge. Some of the benefits of completing our six-hour Traffic Survival Workshop are: Eligibility for a 10% reduction in the base rate of your liability & Collision insurance; Course completion certificates are valid for three (3) years of insurance discounts; Reduction of up to four (4) points on your New York State Driving Record; This workshop is a great way to lower insurance costs, take points off driving records, and possibly save lives. Our workshop has a fresh new format taught by former and active law enforcement personnel. This allows us to keep our curriculum up-to-date with city; state, and federal laws along with township rules. Best of all workshop instructor(s) will come to your location to conduct the workshop!
